Skyline Drive is beautiful in the autumn - but so is our own South River!

Harbor Hills has agreed to host another paddling event at their community beach - so save the gas and grab your kayak for a nice paddle in the South River headwaters. (This is the same location as the summer Kayak Sojourn and Wade-In.)

If you don't have your own kayak, give Annapolis Canoe and Kayak a call at 410-263-2303 and rent one at a special rate.  Be sure to tell them it is for our event on October 16 to get the discount.  We'll transport the rented kayaks to/from the paddle site - so all you have to do is show up!       Don't forget to send an email to Cindy Wallace to let her know you plan to attend - whether you're bringing your own kayak or renting one.

We won't have the wade-in or the seine net - but we'll have some warm refreshments afterwards - as temps usually start to cool off that time of year.  Wow!  Won't that feel nice after this sweltering summer?!
