Do you want to lend a helping hand to make your community more beautiful? Join the City of Annapolis on Saturday, April 17, for GreenScape 2010! This marks the 19th year of this annual program of beautification, cleanup and planting in public spaces throughout Annapolis.

GreenScape is a volunteer effort that encourages and supports individuals and organizations to plant and maintain native gardens in public areas throughout the city. The city provides plant materials, mulch, trash bags and gloves; the community provides volunteers who want to make a difference in Annapolis.
 

The Federation will be working in the rain garden at the end of Lincoln Rd. to remove wiregrass and divide plants. 

We'll have refreshments and gloves.  Bring trowels and/or clippers, if you have them.
