The Anne Arundel County Department of Recreation and Parks will be heading up an effort to re-forest part of the Homeport Farms Park property which abuts Church Creek. The Federation, in conjunction with the Sierra Club and the Chesapeake Paddlers Association will planting trees and shrubs.
Meet at Homeport Drive in Edgewater.
• Dress to get dirty!
• Wear long pants and sturdy shoes
• Bring work gloves
• Carry a water bottle
• Bring a shovel and/or water can
• Some tools provided
• Refreshments provided
